Bonnieanne  Fleur of Glenheath

Although not bred at Glenheath we have given Fliss her own page as she was a special little girl. Bred by Christina Roddis  22nd May 1998 she was by Ch. Wildermist Clifford x Bonnieanne Lily.  She came to live with us at 8 weeks of age and was a super puppy, full of life and mischief. Although registered black she actually turned out to be a black brindle with a coat as hard as iron. She was accepted by the family straightaway especially by Gina who looked on her as her very own baby.

Her show career commenced in February 1999 where at the Midland Counties ST & WHWT Club 10th Anniversary Open show Fliss was Best Puppy in Breed under Lillian Brown and Best Puppy in Show under Ava Platt. At Crufts the same year Fliss was Best Puppy Bitch under Mrs F Somerfield. Consistent high placing's were received at Championship and Club shows including Best in Show at the North Midlands STC Millennium Limited Show under Mr J McIntyre.

Mated to Glenheath Tribune, Fliss produced a lovely litter of 5 in October 2000, Glenheath Godetia was retained and Glenheath Galtonia was exported to IIona Erfurt in Germany who made her a German Champion. Fliss retired from the show ring and went to live in Cheshire with a friend of ours. She enjoys her retirement having long daily walks and snoozing on her new mistress's sofa.
